Minimum Requirements:

• BCom Degree
• Advanced computer literacy
• Communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Sound knowledge of Municipal Supply Chain Management Policy / Procedures / Systems / Infrastructure / Legislation

Core Responsibilities:

• Adjudicate bids in conjunction with Project Managers
• Finalize departmental bid evaluation reports before submission to Bid Evaluation Committee
• Attend tender briefing sessions
• Train officials in the tender office
• Assist with compiling of bid statistics
