MTN is looking for learners to assist in their outsourcing department with the answering of emergency calls and transferring calls to external service providers.
Requirements
Matric Call centre training or Qualification is an advantage
Computer literate
Must be prepared to work shifts including night shift and public holidays
Good knowledge of the geography of South Africa
Proficient in English and at least one other indigenous South African language
Location: Gauteng (Roodepoort)
Salary: R145 per shift
