Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Relevant experience
- Receive incoming and distribute outgoing mail
- Register incoming government and provincial gazettes
- Prepare files and open new files
- Update registers
- Attend to telephonic enquiries
- Control the operation of photocopies and fax machines
- Receive and distribute faxes
- Bind documents
- Safe-keep contracts, agendas and minutes for future reference
