Minimum Requirements:
  • Grade 12
  • Computer literacy
  • Relevant experience
Recommended Requirements:
  • Diploma in Financial Management or Public Administration
Core Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative functions
  • Assist Auditors generate summonses, filing and print new notices
  • Assist the public for viewing of films and videos
  • Print court roll, warrant of arrest register and warrants
  • Avail summons to Clerk of the Court
  • Update admission of guilt list
  • Print and control daily reports
  • Handle  spot fines
  • Address enquiries on traffic fines
